This interdisciplinary conference invites critical dialogue on reimagining curriculum, professional preparation, leadership strategies, and institutional priorities in response to accelerating change. Participants will explore how engineering, technology, and business education can equip learners not only with technical expertise, but also with the strategic insight, ethical judgment, and entrepreneurial mindset required to lead in complex, interconnected environments. Topics will span innovation and design, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, entrepreneurship, industry–academia collaboration, and the role of education in shaping the future workforce and global economy.
