Abstract Proposal Submission Process
Abstracts must include:

Word Limit: 250 words
-
The primary thesis or central research question
-
A brief description of the methods used
-
The key findings/observations
-
A statement on how the findings contribute to the overall aims/thesis of the research
Review Process:

Each abstract is reviewed by three members of the Programme Committee
-
This process typically takes between 5–17 days.
Wait times may be longer during the weeks leading up to a symposium, as committee members must prioritize preparations for the current symposium before reviewing submissions for future sessions
Additional Notes:

Accepted abstracts will be published in the symposium programme
-
Presenters will have 30 minutes total for their session (20 minutes presentation + 10 minutes discussion)
