SUBMISSION REQUIREMETS

​

Presentations must be submitted in Microsoft PowerPoint format (.pptx) 10 days before the first day of your Symposium and emailed to:

 

coordinator@oxfordsymposia.co.uk

 

Please name your file as follows:

 

LastName_FirstName.pptx (e.g., Smith_John.pptx).

 

Files that do not follow this naming convention will be returned for resubmission.

 

 

REVISION POLICY

 

One resubmission is permitted, provided it is received no later than 12:00 PM GMT the day prior to your presentation. Speakers must notify the Symposium team at shenette@oxfordsymposiums.co.uk AND coordinator@oxfordsymposia.co.uk upon resubmission. No changes will be accepted after this deadline, without exception.

 

 

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

 

To ensure your presentation displays as intended, please observe the following:

 

  • Format: Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx) only

  • All fonts, images, and media must be fully embedded within the file

  • Videos must be in MP4 format and embedded, not linked

  • Please test your presentation thoroughly before submitting

  • The conference team cannot be held responsible for formatting issues resulting from files that do not meet these requirements

 

ON-SITE

 

In order for things to run smoothly and to ensure you have the full time allocated for your presentation, please note that alterations to presentations will not be possible on the day of the Symposium.
